This versatile 15-9-20 fertiliser is the exact same formula, whether marketed for [Blended Base], [Spuds Galore] or [Horse & Pony]. It supports healthy growth for a range of plants. Spuds Galore Blended Potato Fertiliser produces maximum crops of Potatoes.
With our all-in-one blended fertiliser, containing everything your spuds need, you will get superb bumper crops of healthy potatoes. Our blend contains: Magnesium, a vital element for crop growth, provides an extra boost. In fact, severe magnesium deficiency can reduce potato yields by up to 15%!
Sulphate of Potash, increases numbers in root vegetables and improves taste. Higher starch production also improves the potato skin and increases dry matter. Sulphur plays a role in nitrogen stabilization and amino acid and protein production.
It also helps to reduce the level of common and powdery scab. This effect may be due to a reduction in the soil pH where elemental sulphur is used. Application Rate: 70g/m² as top dressing or forked into soil.
